Louis Burmeister
Louis studied psychology and spent years in the home improvement industry, learning how people make decisions, what they're really saying when they hesitate, and how to help them get to yes with confidence. Add a lifelong obsession with architecture and interior design, and you get someone who genuinely loves walking into a home and seeing its potential.He's not a decorator. He's the person in the room who asks the right questions until the answer becomes obvious to both of you.

Colin went to art school, then spent a decade painting professionally. For most of those years, that meant apartments. Gray walls. Fast turnarounds. Work that paid the bills but left his instincts on the shelf.Southeast Homeworks was built so he'd never have to do that again.
